Day 01 : Arrival at Cochin
Upon arrival in Cochin, Grand Tours India Representatives will greet and assist you to transfKerala Cultural Tour Packageser to Bolgatty Palace. Cochin is known as the commercial capital of Kerala. Spend rest of the day at leisure.

Day 02 : Cochin - Munnar
After hearty breakfast in the morning, you will drive to the beautiful hill station of Munnar, housing world's highest tea-growing estates. Upon arrival, Grand Tours India representatives will assist you to transfer to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.

Day 03 : Munnar
Have a hearty breakfast at the hotel. Today, you will have full day at leisure to explore on your own. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.

Day 04 : Munnar - Periyar
Have a hearty morning breakfast at the hotel and then drive to Periyar (90 km). Upon arrival in Periyar, Grand Tours India representative will assist you to transfer to the hotel. Periyar is spread across 777 sq. km of the Cardamom Hills in the Western Ghats; Thekkady is the home to one of the largest wildlife reserves in India. Alive with exotic flora and vibrant wildlife, it is the perfect getaway tucked away among hills. You will have afternoon at leisure. Dinner and overnight will be at hotel.

Day 05 : Periyar – Kumarakom
You will go on an early morning boat cruise on the Lake of the famous, Periyar wildlife sanctuary to see wild life. Periyar is an artificial lake or reservoir created by a dam on Periyar River is the heart of the Wildlife Sanctuary wild elephants, Asiatic Deer, Black Buck and even Tigers come to shores of the lake for a drink. Come back to hotel breakfast.

Thereafter you will drive through the winding "Ghats" lined with beautiful tea plantations and then arrive to the fascinating countryside of low-lying palms and paddy fields to Kumarakom (150 km/ 4 hrs). Kumarakom is a beautiful backwater village on the shores of the enchanting Vembanad Lake, criss-crossed with meandering waterways and medieval cottages. Spend evening at leisure. Dinner and overnight stay will be at hotel

Day 06 : Kumarakom - Houseboat
Have a hearty breakfast in the morning and spend morning at leisure. In the afternoon board the traditional rice boats - "Ketuvallam" and begin your journey through the picturesque backwaters and small lakes relaxing in the tranquility of Kerala's beautiful scenery. Experience the way of life and activity of the local people, the one bedroom house with a lounge is exclusively for you; meals will be served with freshly bought produce from the local markets and cooked on board. Overnight stay will be on board.

Day 07 : Houseboat - Poovar
Have a hearty breakfast on board. You will sail to Alleppey and disembark at Puthenagady Jetty. Thereafter, you will drive onto Poovar. Poovar Island is a beautiful resort enveloped by the most serene backwaters, and opening out to the sea and a dream golden sand beach. Poovar is truly a window into paradise. The tranquility is punctuated by the sound of waves and the birds. The acreage is abundant in well-preserved local flora, with hundreds of species of spices, exotic flowers, complete with banana and coconut groves. Upon arrival, Grand Tours India Representatives will assist you to transfer to Poovar Island Resort, which is a mix of floating cottages, and conventional accommodation. The floating units are constructed on hollow lightweight concrete hulls. They are air conditioned and fully equipped with all modern amenities. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the resort.

Day 08 : Poovar
Today you will have full day at leisure for your own activities.

Day 09 : Poovar - Trivandrum
In the morning after hearty breakfast, you will be driven to Trivandrum for your flight back home.
